As a student who has had the displeasure of being in Professor Pitt’s class, I can confidently say that writing about why he is a nitwit is not only necessary but also important.
Firstly, his teaching methods are outdated and ineffective. Instead of engaging students and making the material interesting, he simply reads off slides and expects us to understand everything immediately. As a result, most of the class ends up falling asleep or scrolling through their phones. This not only wastes our time but also does not help us learn anything.
Furthermore, Professor Pitt is extremely biased in his grading. It is clear that he has his favorites and those students always seem to get higher grades even if their work is subpar. On the other hand, students who challenge his ideas or have different opinions often end up with lower grades, regardless of the quality of their work.
Lastly, Professor Pitt’s lack of empathy towards his students is concerning. He fails to recognize that we have lives outside of his class and often assigns an overwhelming amount of coursework without considering our other obligations. Moreover, he is dismissive towards any personal issues or struggles we may have and expects us to perform at our best regardless.
In conclusion, writing about why Professor Pitt is a nitwit serves as a way for students to
